A while back, we were contracted by the television series, "Health Nutz", to produce mid-stage likeness figurative sculpture prop of the series lead, Buzz Jr. Riel (played by Kevin Loring) for their second season. Below are the completed sculpt with a few behind the scenes photos.

The Hub's new T.V series, The Haunting Hour premiered with their first episode, "Really You". We were fortunate to work with MastersFX and their great team (listed below) providing body sculpting, mould-making, finishing (fabrication, armature, seaming) duties during the production of the hero and stunt doll.

Subcontracted from SFX Studio, we recently finished sculpting a full head Sasquatch prosthetic for the upcoming film, Embedded. Unfortunately we can’t post pictures till the film is released. Look for the full body creature suit built by the crew at SFX.

It's a wrap! We had a great time working with MastersFX providing specialty props and puppets for the new television series, R.L.Stine's "The Haunting Hour", launching October 11, 2010 on the new Hasbro channel, the Hub.

After a lengthy process in creating our tribute bust of "the Iceman".  The following is a photo montage of "Making of Chuck". Enjoy!
 
















After all the hair-punching we brought out the hair clipper to shave off Chuck's trademark Mohawk.

















Keith Lau hand- punching individual hair strands (eye lashes, brows, beard stubble, and "The Iceman's" distinctive goatee and Mohawk) into the silicone skin.

"Ice Man" revealed. With much anticipation of UFC 115 coming to Vancouver. We made a tribute bust in honor of our favourite MMA fighter, Chuck Liddell. Below is the completed silicone bust. We'll post our bronze version and making of Chuck pics soon.

"Ice Man" Tribute Bust Revealed. We at Pipeline Modelshop are big UFC fans, as a personal project, we created a freehand likeness sculpture of our favourite Mixed Marital Arts Fighter, Chuck Liddell. This collaborative sculpt was completed by Keith and Howard Lau, Shaun Noelte with acrylic eyes made by Jamie Salmon.

Look for the finished art piece to be made out of silicone; which will be completed by Keith and Howard Lau with painting by Harlow McFarlene. The completed Silicone Bust and behind the scene pics will be posted up  soon.
